Quality
Westar Manufacturing is committed to quality assurance at every stage of the manufacturing process. We honour this commitment through our advanced quality planning system.
Report documents for quality records are available for each stage in the process, and could be anything from Special Product Characteristics, and marked up drawings to SPC Charts.
We have continuously improved our production methods during our years of experience in the industry and will continue to do so. This approach allows us to serve satisfied clients around the world.
If necessary, we take the additional step of appointing a full time qualified quality manager who is 100% committed to the particular client or project.
Product Delivery Process
Westar Manufacturing works in sync with our customers, therefore we need as much information on project requirements in order to meet deadlines, SOP’s (start of productions), deliveries etc.
