• 1988 – Company founded in Johannesburg South Africa -  Hydraulic Tube Manipulation And Precision Machining (Caterpillar)
• 1999 -  Converted from a CC to a Pty Ltd Company - entered the Armscor Industry (Gear Ratio ) – Manufactured Machined components for the Military
• 2001 – Production components for TSW Aluminium Wheel Manufacture (TSW)
• 2003 - Secured major contracts Armscor – Tube Manipulation for the G6 Armoured Vehicle (Denel)
• 2004 - ISO 9000 Certification.
• 2004 - Secured Export opportunity with Eaton Aeroquip – Machined Components – E36 BMW Air-condition machined parts
• 2006 - Entered the Europe export arena – Secured major  contracts – ZF Group world wide
• 2006 – ISO TS 16949 Listed company by third party AG
• 2006 – Exported in partnership ZF – Lemforder – Anti Vibration components – USA – Freightliner Machined components.  
• 2010 – Secured major contract on C- Class Mercedes Benz – Ag – Bel Woco Germany
• 2011 -    Secured major contract on Faurecia Ag to supply machine components Catalytic Converter for the fastest selling Ford in Europe  
• 2014 –  Entered the world largest Telescope radio project – SKA – Square Kilometre Array
• 2015 – Part of the team that won the best steel structure in South Africa
