CNC Machining
We offer our clients cutting-edge CNC turning and milling manufacturing, producing machined components in both high and low volumes depending on project requirements.
Using computer-aided design and manufacturing, which eliminates wastage and results in high-quality, efficiently manufactured components, our CNC machining capabilities allow us to meet the requirements of any industry.
Light Fabrication
Our efficient and controlled processes for manufacturing fabricated components can be applied to a wide range of materials, and include:
- Laser cutting
- Bending and MIG
- TIG
- SPOT welding
Investment Casting
Westar specialises in the supply of investment castings in all air melted alloys including: Stainless steels, speciality heat and wear resistant alloys and non-ferrous alloys.
This innovative technology uses a unique ceramic pattern shell for each casting, and allows a large variety of alloys to be used in the casting process.
As a result, we are able to offer components for many different industrial applications, with a large selection of finishes and no parting lines. Investment casting provides a tolerance of roughly 0.005 per square inch.
